Do you want to change a specific key position to another position on your laptop or computer! Normally remapping key indicates the changing key position of a keyboard layout. How to Remap a Specific Key on Laptop Keyboard

The remapping procedures are the same for both laptops and desktops. After completing the installation process of KeyTweak software, just open the software with Run as Administration.  

  • A pop up may appear with a warning sign, Just skip or Press ok on it
  • Now the main interface comes up
  • Here You will see the Keyboard layout and control keyboard spaces
  • Now say if you wanna remap the Delete key of your Keyboard, Then just select the Delete key [76] 

After that, choose a suitable key from the drop-down box where you want to replace your Delete key position

After choosing the key just click on the Remap key

Now click on the Apply option 

You have to restart your pc to get remapped the key, So just restart pc and see

How to Restore the Remaped Keys

It’s easy to restore the keys. You have to select the key and then click on Restore default

After that click on apply and restart pc to restore the key

If you want to restore all the keys at the default position, then just click on Restore all defaults

And click on Apply, then just restart your pc and check now the keys.
